Harold “Bud” Legg is Huntington Scale Service’s founder. He was a surfer in the 60′s, and a current-day hot rod enthusiast. His start in the scale industry occurred while working for Toledo Scale. Then while working nights at the Firestone plant in Los Angeles, he also started up what was to become Southern California’s premier scale service and calibration company, Huntington Scale Service became a full-fledged company within months.
Robert Legg started working in the scale industry in his teens. Working with his dad when not in school, and learning the accounting side with his mom. After attending La Sierra University he worked with Empire Scale Co in the mid 90′s, then became Fairbanks Scales, a heavy capacity technician, for a number of years before returning to Huntington Scale Service.
Jennifer Legg supports the whole team and is working with handling the phones and dispatch when Robert or the other techs are in the field.
